Who we are?
Drake & Company is a commercial property consultancy and we provide bespoke advice to clients in respect of the acquisition and disposal of commercial property throughout the UK.
We have no interest in selling, renting or trading personal information.

When we electronically send a marketing campaign we will often use a third-party provider, currently MailChimp, for our marketing campaigns. We gather statistics relating to email opening and ‘clicks’ using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email campaigns. MailChimp is fully GDPR compliant and for more information, please review MailChimp’s privacy notice click here. You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails. This will remove you from our database.
How we use your personal information?
We may use your information for the following:
o Marketing campaigns for the marketing of our property sales & lettings
o Marketing campaigns to update you on current requirements
Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your personally identifiable information. The only third-party dealings with our personal information is through our mailshots, listed above. The only information we would divulge to our marketing partners is an email address.
